RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building relationships with current and future customers and businesses.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify insurance products for customers.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers.
- Work with the team to set and achieve sales goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You are outgoing, enthusiastic, reliable, coachable and dedicated to customer’s success.
- State of Michigan insurance producer license for life and health.
- Proven track record of achieving goals.
- Proactive in problem-solving.
Compensation $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
